Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor machines used in the vegetable processing/production process.
  • Perform washing, cutting, sorting, packing, and labelling of vegetables.
  • Check the quality and freshness of vegetables before and after processing.
  • Ensure production areas, machines, and equipment are clean and hygienic.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Pack finished products according to company requirements.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and arranging raw materials and finished products.
  • Record production quantities and report any machine or product issues to the supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the production area.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Able to work in a factory/food processing environment.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
  • Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in food production is an advantage but not compulsory.
