Beauty Advisor

S$1900 - 2400 / month


Job Description:
• Engage customers proactively and understand their beauty and skincare needs
• Provide professional product recommendations and deliver a high standard of customer service
• Drive sales performance and work towards achieving individual and counter sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty
• Maintain product displays and ensure the counter / retail area is neat, attractive and aligned with visual merchandising standards
• Support daily retail operations and comply with cash handling, asset control and operational SOPs
• Assist with stock management and monthly stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Maintain good product knowledge and keep updated on new launches, promotions and brand information
