We are hiring a retail assistant to support daily store operations. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product information and guidance, maintaining positive customer relationships, ensuring accurate pricing, and keeping the store clean and secure.
Requirements:
- SPM & above
- Good command in BM and English (Chinese is a plus)
- Passionate to learn more Gold or Jewelry
- Outgoing people with good customer service
- Willing to working on Weekend/Public Holiday
- No experience? company will provide.
Job Description:
What you will do.
- Attend and assist customers, provide product information, and offer advice and guidance on product selection.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with customer
- Place price tags, keep up to date with the latest price
- Maintain store cleanliness and security at all times
- Assist in daily operation
