Job Responsibilities:
- Manage staff duty roster and assign duties
- Ensure staff compliance to Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Order and manage inventory from suppliers
- Enforce good hygiene practices and upkeep cleanliness standards
- Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stir fry dishes according to company’s standards
- Manage daily operations of the outlet
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry
- At least 2 years of relevant F&B managerial experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Flexibility to work during weekends and public holidays as needed
