Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Liaise and negotiate with client, supermarkets and retail chains for product listing and sales opportunities.
- Manage relationship with retail partners.
- Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches.
- Coordinate with distributors and retail partners on promotional activities, product displays and marketing materials.
- Monitor product distribution, stock availability and sales performance.
- Work closely with internal departments to coordinate product supply, deliveries and stock replenishment
- Monitor marketing campaign results and recommend improvements to increase sales
- Prepare sales reports, marketing reports and other related documents.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in marketing, sales, distribution or FMCG is an advantage.
- Good communication, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel for business meetings and retail outlets visits when required.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, essential for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
