Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and robotic modules for semiconductor equipment.
- Follow engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, BOM and work instructions.
- Perform wiring, installation, precision alignment and calibration.
- Use hand/power tools, torque wrenches and measuring instruments.
- Inspect assemblies, identify defects and escalate technical issues.
- Update production progress and records in ORACLE/shopfloor systems.
- Follow cleanroom, ESD, quality and workplace safety procedures.
- Support 5S, Lean manufacturing, line balancing and process improvements
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering; or high school certificate with 5 years of relevant assembly experience.
- 1–3 years of precision assembly experience, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
- Able to read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and BOM.
- Familiar with hand tools, torque wrenches and measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of cleanroom procedures and ESD safety.
- Must be willing to commit to rotating shifts, including night shifts.
