🕐 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📅 5 Days Work Week

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a contractor
  • Good knowledge of quantity surveying, tendering and procurement processes

Job Responsibilities

  • Source and obtain quotations from sub-contractors and vendors during tendering
  • Carry out quantity take-off and measurement for tendering and contracts
  • Evaluate quotations and prepare costing summaries for approval
  • Prepare sub-contract documents, incorporating contractual and technical requirements
  • Prepare procurement and sub-contract schedules
  • Assist Contract Manager / Deputy Contract Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager in negotiation and awarding of sub-contracts
  • Ensure submission of bonds and warranties from sub-contractors
  • Prepare payment claims and supporting documents for VO valuation
  • Prepare monthly payment certificates and verify invoices against delivery orders
  • Prepare and maintain records for Architect’s Instructions and Variation Orders
  • Update and maintain material price lists
  • Prepare project cost summaries and project cost lists
  • Carry out pre- and post-contract quantity take-offs
  • Handle procurement activities for assigned projects
