As Retail Associate, you’ll create meaningful customer connections through product knowledge, great service, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Replenish and arrange merchandise on shelves
- Support stock receiving, tagging, and inventory counts
- Follow company policies, safety, and service standards
- Deliver exceptional service and product knowledge
- Contribute to daily store operations and sales targets
Job Requirement:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- 1–3 years of experience in retail industry/sales-based position
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Availability for retail shifts, weekends, and holidays
