💰 SALARY & BENEFITS
- Basic Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,600 (depending on experience)
- Contract: 12 months
- Opportunity for permanent employment based on performance
- 2 days off per week
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent customer service and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
- Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Maintain strong product knowledge
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement.
- Maintain store presentation, visual displays and product arrangements according to brand standards.
- Assist with inventory management, stock counts and inventory records.
- Coordinate customer orders, collections and delivery arrangements.
- Support in-store promotions, marketing campaigns and special events.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail.
- Proven customer service skills and ability to achieve sales targets.
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
