Job Scope :-
- Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs.
- Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments.
- To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- This is live chat.
Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least an SPM and above.
- Required language(s): English.
- Full Training Program will be provided for new hires even fresh graduates who are interested to start their career.
- Applicants must be willing to work on 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Each Shift consists of 9 working hours included 1-hour lunch break-time
