We are looking for a confident, motivated and target-driven Sales Consultant to join Headmistress Bangsar, a premium hair and scalp treatment salon.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct hair and scalp consultations.

• Understand customers’ concerns and recommend suitable treatments, packages and home care products.

• Explain treatment benefits, prices and promotions clearly.

• Follow up with enquiries and potential customers through WhatsApp and phone calls.

• Close treatment packages and product sales.

• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.

• Maintain customer records and daily follow up status.

• Work closely with therapists to provide a premium customer experience.

• Achieve individual daily and monthly sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.

• Experience in beauty, wellness, salon, spa, retail, customer service or sales is preferred.

• Confident in communication, consultation and closing sales.

• Friendly, well-groomed, disciplined and customer-focused.

• Target-driven and able to work independently.

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

• Training on hair and scalp treatments will be provided.

WORKING SCHEDULE

• Full-time, 6 days per week.

• Tuesday to Sunday, 10.00 AM–8.00 PM.

• Fixed rest day every Monday.

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Basic salary RM2,500–RM3,500, depending on experience.

• Attractive sales commission and performance incentives.

• Potential total income RM4,000–RM7,000 or more, depending on sales performance.
