- Minimum SPM
- 2–3 years experience in F&B
- Experience as Team Leader / Senior Service Crew / Assistant Supervisor is an advantage

Job Tasks:
- Assist Supervisor dalam daily outlet operations
- Manage & guide service crew
- Handle customer service & cashier duties
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness & stock
- Pastikan SOP & safety rules dipatuhi
- Prepare daily sales reports & support the team
Training:
- 1 week training di Setia City Mall, Shah Alam
- Training allowance provided
