Employment Type: Contract (12 Months)
Work Arrangement: Work From Office – Mercu 2, Mid Valley
Working Hours: 5-day work week including weekends on rotational basis with flexible AM/PM/Graveyard shifts
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via live chat, inbound/outbound calls, and email
- Assist customers with product information, account-related matters, transaction status, and general troubleshooting
- Follow SOPs, workflows, and service guidelines accurately
- Escalate complex cases such as payment disputes, account restrictions, suspicious activities, verification/KYC issues, and investigation-related complaints
- Ensure accurate ticket logging, categorization, and case documentation
- Meet operational KPIs including SLA, productivity, and quality standards
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies
- Support ad-hoc operational and shift requirements when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Contact Centre, or BPO environment
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Comfortable handling chat, calls, and email support
- Able to work in a fast-paced and structured environment
- Strong adherence to SOPs and processes
- Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Good teamwork and problem-solving skills
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: RM2,500
- Fixed Allowance: RM100
- KPI Incentive: Up to RM2,550
- Annual Leave: Prorated based on contract duration (1 day per completed month of service)
Additional Information: KPI incentive payout is subject to operational QA processing timelines.
