Job Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen (aged 18-30 years old)
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience (Preferred)
- Fresh graduates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English;
- Knowing Mandarin will be an added advantage to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Having good working conduct and attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of customer service and sales
- Willing to work shift, including weekends and public holidays
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection and respond to inquiries
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
- Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure visual merchandising standards are met
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and ongoing promotions
