Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Process orders, quotations, invoices, and related documents
- Manage e-commerce platform, product listings, and online orders
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and payment follow-ups
- Monitor customer account status and outstanding payments
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, purchasing, marketing, and finance teams
- Assist in stock replenishment, purchasing coordination, and inventory tracking
- Support online promotions and website updates
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or any related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or e-commerce is an advantage
- Fresh graduates with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and dedication are welcome to apply
