- Make outbound calls to potential customers and identify their needs.
- Explain services, packages, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and address concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Perform other telesales-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience in Telesales / Telemarketing / Outbound Calling is required.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Target-driven with good sales and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in selling services is an added advantage.
