💰 RM2,250 Basic + Up to RM500 Incentive

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service.
- Schedule, supervise and train outlet staff.
- Manage cash handling, stock take, stock ordering and inventory.
- Monitor food cost and operational standards.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to SOP and quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries or complaints.
- Promote products and perform upselling.
- Ensure the team maintains company service and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- 2 years' retail operations experience OR 1 year as Team Lead / Crew Leader preferred.
- F&B experience is an added advantage.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work overtime when required.
