🛍️ In-store main character. Help customers find their perfect iPhone, iPad, Mac or accessory. Break down specs, prices, warranty and promos like the tech bestie you are, and smash your sales targets (yes, there's commission 💸).

🎥 Go live, go viral. Host livestreams showcasing the newest gadgets and hottest deals. Hype up the chat, answer questions in real time, and help create TikToks, Reels and promo content.

🏪 Keep the store aesthetic. Make sure displays look clean and on point, help open and close the shop, and keep stock tagged and tracked.

✅ Keep it smooth. Follow the SOPs for sales and cash handling, and flag any issues, complaints or stock problems to your Store Manager.
