Our client is an international premium fashion group with a strong global presence, known for its contemporary fashion brands and elevated retail experience.
Role: Store Manager
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Basic Salary: Up to RM6,000, commensurate with experience
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall day-to-day operations and performance of the store.
- Drive sales performance and ensure store KPIs and targets are achieved.
- Lead, coach and motivate the retail team to deliver strong results and customer service.
- Monitor individual and team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Build strong customer relationships and drive clienteling activities.
- Manage manpower planning, scheduling and daily floor deployment.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and overall store presentation.
- Oversee inventory, stock movements and loss prevention.
- Work closely with management on business performance, operational matters and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Store Manager or retail leadership role, preferably within fashion, premium or luxury retail.
- Strong track record in driving sales and achieving retail KPIs.
- Confident in leading, coaching and managing a retail team.
- Commercially minded with good understanding of store performance and customer trends.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
