Job description:

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential buyers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, explain key features, and facilitate test drives.
- Manage customer inquiries and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Follow up on leads and work towards achieving individual and branch sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Vehicle Inspection, Fleet Operations, Admin) to ensure smooth delivery and customer handover.
Requirements
- Possess a valid Driving License.
- Motivated, target-driven, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage (fresh graduates with a strong drive are welcome to apply).
- Open to candidates residing in or willing to work in Kota Bahru or Tanah Merah.
