Job Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Assist with customer service, order management and outlet coordination.
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness and service standards are maintained.
- Support staff scheduling, training and performance monitoring.
- Assist with inventory control and stock management.
- Handle customer feedback professionally.
- Work closely with the management team to improve operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
- Presentable with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to stand and work for extended periods.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment.
