Job Description
- Coordinate sales activities, including preparing quotations, proposals and contracts, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Act as the point of contact between clients, sales executives and internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth order fulfilment.
- Track sales pipelines and performance metrics, and prepare regular reports to support business development strategies.
- Support the promotion of our digital transformation solutions through client presentations, events and campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales coordination or business development.
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated track record in digital transformation initiatives, such as industry awards or recognised achievements, is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, diverse team environment, with attention to detail.
