Requirement:
- Willing to grow with the company.
- Must have driving license
Customer Service Duties:
- Required Drive and deliver car to clients, Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in.
- Manage rental bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and amendments.
- Follow up with customers on reservations, payments, and feedback.
- Coordinate with drivers for vehicle delivery and collection.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
