Duties:
• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations.
• Ensure smooth outlet operations, cleanliness, and overall organization.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Monitor stock levels and inventory usage.
• Coordinate stock ordering and replenishment.
• Assist in supervising and leading service and kitchen teams.
• Assign duties and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and food safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards within the outlet.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Monitor outlet sales performance and key operating metrics.
The Management Trainee will undergo training and hands-on exposure across various aspects of outlet operations, with the objective of developing into an Outlet Manager.
