Job Summary
Responsible for assembling, testing, and maintaining automotive components while ensuring product quality, production efficiency, and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, and test drive shafts, steering racks, and air compressors
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to SOPs
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance
- Conduct in-process inspections and final product checks
- Identify and report defects, equipment faults, and production issues
- Support technical troubleshooting and quality improvements
- Work with maintenance and engineering teams to improve production processes
- Handle components, tools, and materials properly
- Follow safety regulations, company policies, and PPE requirements
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and 5S standards
- Meet daily production targets and schedules
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; technical certification is an advantage
- Manufacturing or automotive parts experience is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of machinery, tools, and manufacturing processes
- Able to troubleshoot and follow technical instructions
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and safety-conscious
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Physically fit for manufacturing work
- Willing to work overtime when required
