Location: UOA Business Park, Shah Alam / PJ / NU Sentral
Salary: RM2,200 Basic + Allowances

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: RM2,200
  • KPI Allowance: RM250
  • Cross Support Allowance: RM100 (applicable for ad hoc tasks, based on operational requirements)

Working Schedule

  • 5 working days per week
  • 2 rotational off days
  • 24/7 rotational shifts (4–5 shift rotations)

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries and provide professional assistance.
  • Attend to customer requests and complaints via the assigned channels.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Follow TNB project procedures, service standards and KPIs.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Operations team.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification.
  • Must be able to work on 24/7 rotational shifts.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Diploma Completion Certificate is required. Transcript alone will not be accepted.

Candidates may be placed at:

  • UOA Business Park, Shah Alam
  • PJ
  • NU Sentral

Important: The working location will be determined by the Operations team based on business requirements. Candidates cannot choose their preferred location.
